Amerant Bank Arena hosts Florida Panthers home games in Sunrise. Send the game date, pickup addresses, passengers and desired arrival time before puck drop. Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach-area departures require different itineraries, so provide full addresses rather than choosing a route by city name alone.
Hockey can run beyond the expected finish because of overtime or a shootout when applicable. Agree on a return meeting point, group contact and waiting provisions before travel. Your party will need time to leave the seating area and reach the vehicle. Transportation does not include tickets, arena admission or premium-access credentials.
For a concert or show, send the performance date, venue entrance information and any dinner reservation. Tell Luxway whether the group returns together or in separate waves. An encore, an extended program or a restaurant delay should be communicated promptly so the team can review the agreed service.
For a direct hotel-to-arena trip and return, ask about two scheduled transfers. For dinner, several hotels and planned waiting, request an hourly chauffeur itinerary. Confirm minimum hours, waiting, additional stops and the full quoted price before reserving.
Review the arena’s official directions and parking guide for current information. The arena publishes different approaches for parking areas; a parking entrance is not automatically a chauffeur pickup point. Send any organizer-issued instructions or vehicle credentials for review.
A Sprinter, party bus or coach may need a different loading arrangement from a sedan. Confirm your vehicle category, legal drop-off and return location with Luxway rather than assuming collection at the arena doors. Parking availability, access fees and restricted loading areas are not guaranteed by a transportation request.
Share passenger numbers by hotel or office, preferred departure waves and the coordinator for each group. Executives or VIP guests can request a separate movement for review. For children or accessibility needs, describe the assistance or seating requested in advance so the appropriate arrangements can be confirmed.
For guests flying in, request Fort Lauderdale airport transportation, Miami airport transfers, West Palm Beach airport transfers or private aviation transportation. Include each flight and all luggage. Dispatch monitors booked arrival flights; curbside, Meet & Greet and greeter teams are arranged with meeting details and any applicable charges confirmed before reserving.
Luxury Sedan: up to 4 passengers and 4 suitcases. Luxury SUV: up to 6 passengers and 6 suitcases. Confirm bag dimensions and fit.
